With conditions in the low 60's and a slight rain coming down, players of wesxc gathered with family and friends for the farewell beermile of the 2004 season. Bryan "Thuggin" Bissell showed all that he could back up the talk with a very impressive 645 despite struggling to find warm beers. Setting a quick pace from the start he had the support of all watching to push to new beermiling heights. Solley despite a slow start kicked in hard past the freshman phenom S-MO for a strong second place showing. Cherry closed with a fast 65, claiming it's the fastest he has run in over a year. S-Miggie being a little out of shape since going home for most of senior week didn't have quite the closing speed of past races. Chump was fighting down the boot during the entire last lap due to FLOJOMOJO's projectile acrobatics early in the 4th lap. Angus made his case as a consistent fighter in beermiling history. The Vendor also came through on his final night of stundentdom. Big BOOS are in order for netto and the Dippa for starting a race that they never really thought they would complete. After being the last two to finish the first round of beers, they continued to fall further and further behind until being officially DQed/declaring DNF when taking more than 10 minutes to drink their 3rd beer. Congrats to all on a good meet and we look forward to future dominating performances on the K Tucker Anderson track.Yours,Zone
