Not sure who would ever prefer to chug milk over beer, but for those who are underage or enjoy a curdled reversal of fortune, the chocolate milk mile is for you. The chocolate milk mile rules are similar to a beer mile, but instead of chugging 12oz beers you chug 12oz chocolate milks (thanks captain obvious). The chocolate milk mile is also the gateway drug to the Egg Nog Mile.

Chocolate Milk Mile Official Rules

  1. Each competitor drinks four 12oz cups of chocolate milk and runs four laps around a standard 400m running track (start with chugging a milk, then run a lap, then milk, then lap, then milk, then lap, then milk, then lap - finish).
  2. Chocolate milk must be consumed while standing on the one mile starting line on a standard 400m track. The one mile start is the waterfall line 9 meters before the finish line. This ensures competitors cover a complete mile.
  3. The race begins with competitors lined up on the mile starting line, drinking the first chocolate milk before starting the run.
  4. Women also drink four chocolate milks and run four laps.
  5. Competitors can drink out of any vessel as long as it is no less than 355mL (12 Oz) in volume (Solo cups or other plastic cups recommended).
  6. It is recommended to use full fat or 2% fat chocolate milk. Fat free chocolate milk is for softies that hang out at Weenie Hut Jr's.
  7. Competitors who vomit before they finish the race must complete one penalty lap at the end of the race (immediately after the completion of their 4th lap). Vomiting more than once during the race still only requires one penalty lap at the end.
  8. When attempting a performance for the official records, it is recommended to provide video evidence of the race to prove all cups contain 12oz of chocolate milk and that all chocolate milk was sufficiently drank. This can be achieved by tipping the empty cup over your head after each chug to verify an empty vessel.
